The death of the level designer is in short Andrew Doull's thoughts on where procedural content generation is heading.  Things such as level design and multiplayer design will change as technology becomes more advanced. The standards of how things would appear will change overall. The standards people have for certain games will either increase or decrease depending on how that said tech will affect people. Overall different aspects of games will change for better or worse based on how the evolution of technology is treated.
